Wisdom Clothing Company April 21, 1998 Dear Mr. Karl Rancer, I want to thank you for creating the power Hooper. Our operators would not know what they would do without your device. Ever since our first P&F Hooper, our production efficiency has dramatically increased, not to mention the effect of having extremely happy employees. The Hooper has saved a lot of hurting hands. I also want to mention that the cap Hooper worked just like you said. It has made working with caps a pleasure. In the past, we would turn away large cap orders, now with the cap Hooper we can't get enough caps. The difference is like night and day (or should I say profit and loss). Chromatic Graphics, Inc. March 29, 1999 Dear Karl, Enclosed is a check for the additional table and head I had ordered from you for our Frame Press. I appreciate your continued support of the equipment you manufacture. We ordered our first Frame Press from you in June, 1998 and we continue to use it every day, since then we have added a second press. When we upgrade machines we will upgrade the tables and heads to match the equipment we are using. I can't imagine anyone being in the embroidery business for any length of time without this equipment, it increases efficiency and contributes to happier employees. The Hoop Press we purchased from you has saved us an insurmountable time in hooping, plus the designs are straighter.
